- One account per device. Each device is bound to a single account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ShyTalk.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ShyTalk for any of the following:
- Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Sharing or promoting illegal content or activities
- Spamming, flooding, or automated access to the service

4. Device & Network Banning
We may ban specific devices or network addresses that violate our policies. Multi-account abuse is prevented through device binding. Bans may be applied automatically (e.g., upon account suspension) or manually by our moderation team.

By using ShyTalk, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes device information, network information, and usage logs.
6. Virtual Economy
- Virtual items within ShyTalk have no real-world monetary value.
- Purchases of virtual items are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time, including item prices, availability, and functionality.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or our policies. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer
ShyTalk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ShyTalk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
